Very exciting to have a few more rich coloured backing cloths at the moment, especially when we’re feeling the bites of winter out the door. It’s just so cold outside today so what more can we do but dream of brighter things while relishing the shortest day of the year.
Above is a studio backing cloth, 140x140cm, featuring work by Jon Campbell, local botanicals from our garden and some fennel from Williamstown.

Recently I missed out on a backing cloth painting with the yellow rosella that featured in the honourable member series, can you tell me if there are any ornothological images on the current backing cloth ? I can’t get it out of my mind and I’m being blamed for missing out.
